Agreement to YouTube Terms of Service

By using CAT (Chat Augmentation Tool) and any of its features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

CAT uses YouTube API Services to display live chat for your stream. Your use of CAT is subject to both these terms and YouTube’s terms.

Use of CAT

CAT is a tool to show YouTube live chat as an overlay in streaming software (e.g. vMix, OBS). You may use it only for lawful purposes and in line with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

No warranty

CAT is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for how you use the overlay or for content shown via YouTube.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of CAT after changes means you accept the updated terms.
